QX Financial, in partnership with Ohio National Financial Services, is expanding its footprint in Southern California and we are looking for career minded individuals to work with us to achieve our goal of helping businesses and families take control of their financial lives. We recently opened one of our first career agencies on the West Coast so we are excited to make our team grown. With over $40 billion dollars of assets under management, and an increasing client market share, we have positioned ourselves to make a difference in our clients’ lives while helping our advisers achieve ever increasing levels of success.

Necessary qualifications include

-Integrity. Nothing can be achieved by someone who does not have their clients’ best interest as hisher first priority.
-Minimum of two years of college education andor 2 years in the financial services field.
-Bilingual. Not required but a plus.
-Sales experience is encouraged.
-Investment sales, insurance and financial planning interest required.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-The commitment and relationship building skills crucial to establishing long-term clients.
-A community oriented individual who has confidence and routinely works with those around himher for the betterment of society.
-The ability to self-manage.
-With previous industry experience, we will need an acceptable compliance record. If no prior work experience, please provide non-family references.
-Some who wants to have fun! You will be building your future career with us; there is no better way to do it than with great enthusiasm and determination.
